Karate has helped me with my kicking, punching, accuracy and stretches. Before I joined karate I was never that flexible. I always have wanted to join karate and now I really enjoy it. Karate has also improved my strength. I can now tense my stomach and block correctly. It has also improved my balance I can now balance a lot better than before. Karate has improved all of these things, karate has been very helpful to me.
